Much like another reviewer on here, I caught this shady dealership trying to tack on hidden charges at the last minute. I caught them and cancelled my purchase as a matter of principle. The sales manager called me confused and acted mad that I'd caught them lying. He then was confounded that I wanted to cancel my order. Why would I want to work with liars and cheats? Now I've received a notification in the mail that I've been enrolled into a car warranty, which I'm sure was done out of spite since I cancelled the order due to their dishonesty. From the very start I got weird vibes from the dealership and its employees. I came in on a weekend and everyone seemed like they did not care much at all about anything, and took an inordinate amount of time to do basic activities. The sales manager Luis even lectured me that I should be grateful for the high interest rate they got me, because other people are struggling and it's only fair that I pay higher interest...What a joke of a dealership.
