They tried to charge me for things I didn't want. Then lied saying I had to pay $2000 for roadside assistance and oil changes that I didn't want. Spoke to a sales manager and he was mad that I caught Then lied saying I had to pay $2000 for roadside assistance and oil changes that I didn't want. Spoke to a sales manager and he was mad that I caught them adding unnecessary things into my contract. Then to be vindictive he tried to shorten the term and raised my apr to try and punish me for catching them. Had to argue and demand he show me proof the bank was requiring me buying oil changes to lower my rate. When he couldn't prove that to me, magically my rate and term length was put back to what it was. The rates were high to begin with so I will be refinancing elsewhere. But having to argue with 4 different people to get the vehicle at the price that was listed was ridiculous. $399 for nitrogen in the tires? Nah I'm not paying that scam. $1699 for paint protection on a used vehicle that already had paint issues? Nope not paying that either. $1000 for flat tire repair? I don't think so. $1000 for 4 "free" oil changes? How does that work? It's not free if I paid $1000. Also its a 4 cylinder motor. Those oil changes are $39.99. Not a pleasant experience at all. More
