Honestly I would give them zero stars. I had to wait a few days before writing this review because what they did made me so mad. Buyer beware. This dealership uses dishonest and unethical practices to get you in the door. The staff was friendly, but watch out for hidden charges. I was all set to purchase a CPO vehicle at the advertised price. Then they added $3,400+ of additional items to the bottom line. What were the items? In-car GPS unit, paint protection, and, here is the kicker, nitrogen in the tires. I balked at these charges as I was going to pay cash for the vehicle. Then they wanted me to finance. They literally would not sell the car to me unless I financed with them so they could "make some money" on the deal. This is the lowest and most unethical way for a dealer to behave in my opinion. The only reason to put GPS in a car is when it is financed, not paid for with cash. I might have paid for detailing or paint protection treatment, but not $3,400 worth. The Nitrogen air was the final joke. Really? $3,400 extra? It would have made more sense to me if they just raised the price of the car by a couple of thousand dollars and I probably would have paid it. RW is supposedly the highest volume Alfa dealer in California, and one believes they can offer lower prices because they move a lot of cars, but that is not the case at all, and the extra charges they insist on is just wrong, guys. I'm very disappointed that I wasted a lot of time with them. More
