All thanks go to Frank, who upon hearing that my other personal car, that I was using while my fiat was in for service had no ac, was thoughtful enough to arrange a loaner for me. This all happened during personal car, that I was using while my fiat was in for service had no ac, was thoughtful enough to arrange a loaner for me. This all happened during our recent heatwave and his efforts made all the difference and was really a true expression of what customer service is all about. I had to drive back the next day to ask for gas to be put in the car, and ask for the front license plate to be put on. I pray they checked to make sure the oil had been changed. A warning came on to have th in the car, and ask for the front license plate to be put on. I pray they checked to make sure the oil had been changed. A warning came on to have the car checked in 8 miles. This cleared but don't know if the button was reset without actually checking the car. More

My advisor Yohana was wonderful and very helpful. The technician Scot was great too and took me for a test drive of the car afterwards. Really good service. It was expensive $$, but worth it overall.
