This is a hard review because I was treated cordially by Eric, sales manager, and Evelyn in finance. Both were patient and listened well. Amd Lily is a kind young sales lady. Ok, Two important parts of My sales contract I asked for were not delivered: That your dealer installed gps for tracking , etc . Was to be removed. I had a conversation with finance as well as with sales mgr. before providing my payment in full. It Wasn’t done . Device is still attached to vehicle and functioning. 2nd ,I was told Sirius merely had to be activated. Turns out the Car did not /does not have Sirius/xm to activate. This is a 2019.?? My 2014 trade in has sirius. I believed sales entirely that sirius was installed/ not Alfa app. . Hard to imagine that I have this situation to accept. Of Course , Westbrook could handle removal of tracking but sirius/xm would require a complete new Radio. I will recommend Westbrook Alfa / Maserati but I wouldn’t be a good friend or family member if I didn’t explain these two events. But, . I will speak to staff at my next service.
