Maybe a more than 20 times, left a message requesting for a return call but to no avail. Tried to call the sales agent Caleb but the same nothing, no answer, they seem not concerned about the call of their client after the sales. Same with the manager of Caleb, Bobby. I don’t Know what kind of customer service this dealership have. There’s no after sales service. This isn’t what I expected being a first client who bought a Certified Pre-Owned Dodge Ram Truck From them. I do regret getting or buying from these people and dealership.
