I stood there for about 5 minutes before anyone said hello or "I'll be right with you". Though there about 6 service reps there behind desks busy working. I get it, service depts are always busy but there needs to be a line. Maybe have some kind of sign that says wait here for the next service rep (kinda like the bank does). I saw another guy come in after he also looked a confused and was not greeted. Then another guy came in through a different door and and he was waiting too. Neither of them knowing if they were next cause there was no line, there were on different sides of the room and nobody spoke to them for at least 5 mins. Get a line going so at least walk in customers will know what to do and whos next. I dont remember who helped me with service so I selected the first that appeared since it was required. Thanks. More

I don’t want to re-write it as a 3rd party review, so I’m just copy-pasting it here. I am so disappointed by this dealership. I purchased a CPO 2016 Wrangler Sahara unlimited from you guys less than a month ago and it has been an absolute headache ever since. I immediately noticed a problem (rattle in the steering) the second I test drove it and was promised it would be fixed before purchase. Once purchased, problem was not fixed as promised. Also, one of the employees at the dealership attempted to remove a window sticker and tore off tint with the sticker, and then pressed it back on as if it “didn’t happen” where I then, a few hours later at home, find the problem. Also, the Jeep was filthy on the inside with trash left in the glove box and center console as well as dirty hand smudges on the ceiling and pet hair in the trunk. I call the dealership back and you guys promise to fix it, which was a full on process in itself. I am promised that they would fix the rattle, squeaky brakes, tint, re-detail, and fill up my tank with gas as a courtesy. Vehicle was to be brought back in with promise to fix all of the problems under warranty. Took forever to “fit me in” for a service, and in that time I had to do the leg work to get the tinting fixed (paid by you guys). Finally, I leave the vehicle with them for 5 days. The problems were NOT fixed when I picked the Jeep back up. They fixed a leaky radiator and a failed gear box (how this wasn’t found before I bought the vehicle when I only had it for 2 weeks is beyond me). The brakes were still squealing and the rattle was not fixed in the steering. Also, it was not cleaned and detailed and full of gas, as promised. Upset, I drop the vehicle back off to the service department 3 days later for them to fix what they didn’t fix before. 4 days later, (day 4 being the day I wrote this) after zero communication from the service department and after MANY calls to get ahold of someone there, I find out that they “can’t find the problem” and “nothing is wrong” saying the cold weather is the reason for the squeal (as nobody else driving around me has squealing brakes besides me...as the rental vehicle I have isn’t squealing....as my wife’s brakes aren’t squealing... hmmm) and that the rattle isn’t there after I told them MANY times the rattle comes when the vehicle is warmed up. He said they drove it and didn’t feel it... yeah... you didn’t drive it enough to warm it up. When I bought the vehicle and felt the rattle initially, it was a warm day. When it’s cold out, you don’t feel it. After I drive it on a cold day, once the vehicle warms up, the rattle comes back. I was told also once the brakes warm up, there is no squeal, which is also false. Both of these 2 main issues I just explained above existed when I dropped off the Jeep the second time after driving 50 miles to get to the dealership (AKA vehicle WAS warmed up). I am so frustrated by all of this. John, used car manager, is friendly and trying to help figure this out. Shelly, the rental car manager is very sweet. Salesman Shayan and Morales (the sales manager) are also good guys. Everyone else that I have encountered though has treated me very rudely, including one of the service tech who is “in charge” of my vehicle. The right hand does not talk to the left at this dealership. This process has been short of smooth and has been very stressful. I’ve owned this Jeep for just about a month and it’s been with you guys almost more than it has been with me. I’m being treated as if I’m making up these issues and I don’t appreciate it. I RARELY complain about bad service. I RARELY write reviews. This whole situation has pushed me to take even more time out of my busy day to write this. I am fearful the issues I have won’t be fixed, and that is NO way for a customer to feel. More

My sales guy, David, was friendly, knowledgable (about cars and soccer!), helpful, negotiated openly and fairly, and we quickly reached an amicable deal with the assistance of his supervisor, Andreas who was very supportive throughout the process. I've had plenty of poor experiences at other dealerships, wasting hours waiting or feeling like I was being pressured. Nothing like that here. The finance manager, Max, was incredibly efficient, communicated everything clearly, and I was pleasantly amazed at how quickly all of the paperwork was completed - 20 minutes and we were done. That literally never happens- thanks, Max! This is how car buying should be - do your research, go in ready to make a deal, and you can have your next dream car at a great price and with no hassle at RW CDJR!
