Great service package plan I purchased the 3 oil change service plan. I think it's a deal at $99. As always its takes around 2-3 hours to get the vehicle back. Benny was nice, but i feel like i overpaid when I purchased my car I paid for the bumper to bumper warranty. $3000 above the price of the car. that's a good amount of money, so to find out that when I purchased my car I paid for the bumper to bumper warranty. $3000 above the price of the car. that's a good amount of money, so to find out that its $750 for a headrest that is 100% broken isn't covered was very surprising. Then i paid to get a new battery installed and within a day of leaving the service center, my lo-tire light goes on, when it wasn't on before I brought it in for servicing and i just had new tires installed two weeks ago... .. it's still on. so no I would not want yo go back nor will I ever buy a warranty in the future. I feel like i was scammed with the warranty. However, having said all of that Benny was super friendly and efficient. More
