Can one enjoy a car buying experience? YES, YES and, YES! I have NEVER enjoyed the car buying process, ever. The feeling that I was walking out not quite comfortable with the deal that I’ YES, YES and, YES! I have NEVER enjoyed the car buying process, ever. The feeling that I was walking out not quite comfortable with the deal that I’d made, sure that there was a catch that I’d have to later suck up and take as a loss. At Russell Westbrook CDJR I worked with Chris, Andreas and finally Michael in finance and dare I say, I felt like each one was working FOR me, in my best interest over the dealerships’ bottom line. Chris specifically worked his tail off beginning to end. I actually had to return because I’d forgotten my garage opener in my trade and he had to go off-site to retrieve it, and this was HOURS after our deal was made. Throughout, we’d see him rushing back and forth for other customers as well, to the point that the mother in me reached out and told him to relax, breathe, I’m a done deal LOL. I asked him when his first off because he’d been dealing with me over the phone and texts for two days, prior to my visit. I never once felt like JUST a customer. This is my third Jeep, second Wrangler, first RW-CDJR but, certainly not my last! In fact, I can’t wait to return for customization. Who wants to spend more money at a car dealership? Service Eddie was very helpful. Just came in for an oil change, rotation and check the rear end of our car as there is a noise as we are driving. He said the Eddie was very helpful. Just came in for an oil change, rotation and check the rear end of our car as there is a noise as we are driving. He said the noise is not coming g from the rear end that is coming from the back two tires. Eddie claims they could not do the rotation as he said the back two tires are cracked on the inside and said that is causing the noise. We were not able to look at it. I hope he is correct as we are getting new tires and this better fix the problem or we will be back. More

You could tell by the amount of customers that this is a place that people generally recommend to others. Julio took care of us. Talked to us in a way we understood the entire process. he was real with us and kept in 100 the entire time. Michael, the finance manager put you at ease when signing document which gives you peace of mind when you're worried about making such a big and irreversible purchase and commitment. More

Standard level of service They accommodated me before my appointment and provided a loaner car through Budget. The paperwork was not provided to Budget so I had to wait. The service rep took the time to keep me informed of progress while working. I was grateful for the cold water and though the waiting area was noisy I was able to read on a comfortable chair. More
