Mario also made us feel welcome which so many dealerships in town did not do. He knew his inventory and worked to actually tell us about the car we were looking at. He allowed me to take my time on the test drive. These things sound typical but trust me, we had run into so many car salespeople who did not want to work, knew nothing about their inventory and had no interest in selling us a car. Mario was a breath of fresh air, as was the entire team at Russell Westbrook. I'd recommend this dealership to my friends! More

Fantastic customer service indicating when vehicle would be ready to pick up and went above and beyond with helping with acquiring a permanent license plate. When I arrived the morning of my service the staff was friendly and accommodating, and provided a clear timeline of how long the recall correction would take. Bonus was they offer complimentary inspection, carwash AND Uber up to $15... I used that to make my way over to Starbucks and get some work done while I waited. When the vehicle was ready for pickup they called me and then offered to get me an Uber back. Such a well-oiled machine they are! Will be back for all my service needs... More
