When I arrived the morning of my service the staff was friendly and accommodating, and provided a clear timeline of how long the recall correction would take. Bonus was they offer complimentary inspection, carwash AND Uber up to $15... I used that to make my way over to Starbucks and get some work done while I waited. When the vehicle was ready for pickup they called me and then offered to get me an Uber back. Such a well-oiled machine they are! Will be back for all my service needs... More

Zach was excellent! My five star review is for Zach in the service dept; very friendly, helpful and took the time to explain everything in detail! When i walked into the service dept. there was 2-3 male employees at the desk aside from Zach. I was not greeted or offered assistance. I stood there waiting to be helped, the only person helping a customer was Zach. A male latino employee said I’ll be right with you but never did, he sat there on his phone. Immediately after Zach was done with the customer before me greeted me and offered assistance. He explained everything at length regarding the recalls on my vehicle and called me when my vehicle was ready for pick up; service department closes at 7p and my uber showed arrival time at 7:05p, called Zach to notify him i was on my way and he waited for me to get there! Kudos to Zach!!!! More
