Alex set up the repair and had me in a loaner that same morning. When some timing issues arose, Alex was clear I'm communicating them to me. That act is crucial in building the trust between a service writer and a customer. I understood a few things were out of the dealerships control, and since he didnt seem to be hiding anything, I had no reason to be upset. When I picked up my vehicle, there was a small issue, but it was taken care of properly. I didn't demand anything, just made them aware, and Alex proposed a great solution which i took him up on sort of as a test. Mike spoke to me when I picked my vehicle up afterwards, to make sure I was satisfied. Thank you. We own 4 jeep/ ram vehicles in our company, and now ill give this dealership the business. I'll probably go go Alex, although everyone else there is very professional as well. He just gets it though. I've worked in cars all my life. It's one of my true loves. I once got caught replacing a timing chain at 4 am because the bolt on the crankshaft pulley was cross threaded, and it started raining. In California... in August. Stuff happens, but as long as the customer is not kept in the dark, they most likely won't be upset. Thank you for the excellent service. You'll see me again. More
