Slammed but good The work does get done, but they are always slammed. Any time I think I have found a good one that knows my car, next time I come in- gone. Most recently I came in for an oil change. Service advisor recommend a few other things my car was due for. I said fine, go ahead and do it. When the car finally came back, the advisor says that there is something they found that needs repair immediately for $650. So why is it that when this repair was detected, they didn't just tell me immediately? For the amount of money, I could have just done the urgent repair and done the less important things in a few weeks. MY bad, I must exude something that screams "made of money". More

Good service and very efficient My Jeep Wrangler has oil changes and tire rotations included. However the service department found a brake fluid leak and fixed it free of charge. They also offered a free rental while my Jeep was in the shop for a day. They also have a cool basketball court to use while you wait. The showroom floor is clean and has many vehicles to look at to pass the time. I definitely recommend buying a car there. More

Responsible Making my appointment was easy. I dropped my car off and was offered a lift to a rental car company that was near by due to the lack of courtesy vehic Making my appointment was easy. I dropped my car off and was offered a lift to a rental car company that was near by due to the lack of courtesy vehicles. Was called in a few days later to pick up my vehicle. I went into the office and paid for my repair before inspecting the vehicle. I was disappointed to find that the repair I had brought the vehicle in for (A/C) was not completely fix. When I presented this to my Service Rep, he pointed out to me that he had made notes in the repair request to have the particular problem fixed. It's sad to know that the repair tech didnt thouroughly read the repair request. My service rep took the car back. A couple days later my service rep called me to let me know the car was done. He even went out to check that the car was corrected before he called to let me know it was fixed. There was no charge for the repair the second time. I am very please with the service I received and will be going back when something else goes wrong. More
