Unhappy I was told my car would be ready at 1:00. I heard nothing by 1:30. I tried to call the service department and left 3 messages. No one called me back. I was told my car would be ready at 1:00. Great service I came in with the intentions of searching and hopefully leaving with a Challenger, and I did. I had found one online that I liked. Initially it took a very long time to get the car from the structure. I would have loved if I could see all the options and not have the cars stored far away where customers could not go. Rodrigo and Julie were both amazing to work with. I went later on in the evening around 6-6:30 and left the dealer about 9:30 which is not too bad for purchasing a car. Now my AC does not blow strong after the service was airbags inside the....dashboard. If I go back the line will be "we did not touch the AC ducts or blower". All I know is the fan sounds like its blowing frantically but the vent exits are weak.... More
