I should have checked everything before I signed the contract, but part of the contract was never mentioned to me before I signed the contract. I signed for a 48 month Mopar service contract for $1275. The contract was for road hazard and tires. If told about the contract, I would not have signed it. I didn't check the contract until the next day. I called and talked to Shelsee, who is in Public Relations. Shelsee said, she would check it out. I asked if something could be worked out, but that never happened. I believe a little honesty would have made things go better. I like my car, but I won't recommend dealing with Russell Westbrook Jeep. More

I’ve been hung up on repeatedly, told there is nothing they can do. Now my jeep is having transmission issues and I still cannot get any help!!! Brand new jeep and it doesn’t shift right. REALLY!!! Called and asked for Wael and the operator doesn’t know who that is. Emanuel just sends me to voicemail. Ask for a manager and the girl says “no, he is mean!” Real professional place (sarcasm) More
Went in with a car with 10 bad shifts left with worse I did not buy my car dodge vehicle through this dealership, but they earned my respect on handling the recall issues on my 2014 Journey in the past. I did not buy my car dodge vehicle through this dealership, but they earned my respect on handling the recall issues on my 2014 Journey in the past. Just recently My car stopped shifting into 4th gear. I had bad gear ratio codes for 4rth and 5th gear and bad shift codes. I wanted the shift solenoids replaced. They wanted to put a new transmission in, I said I was coming in to buy a new car and to get liberties and wranglers ready for me, but they needed to close the car up, the codes did not warrant the transmission job. They called me up and told me to come get the car Friday night. I did not get the car because i forgot that I had dark Phoenix opening night tickets for the family so, I went Saturday morning to pick up my car and the service adviser said it was still opened up. He was the one that called me the car was ready he uses the term " brother" to distinguish himself. So I figured he was pissed he was not getting his commission percentage on a new transmission and i was pissed the car was not ready to be collected, when I was told it was for Friday night. I told him I would pay 2 grand to replace the solenoids and buy a car and he said no on the shift solenoid service. So he failed the interview on being the service station for my new car, so I walked out of the dealership and went to the chevrolet next door and bought a car. I got my journey back with lose and busted motor mounts and it was shifting worse. So instead of being my mechanics for two cars, they are my mechanics for none. You guys can thank Franklin. More
