The worse experience ever I recently leased a vehicle from Russell Westbrook in December. While the sales person Willy was amazing and did everything to complete the deal and m I recently leased a vehicle from Russell Westbrook in December. While the sales person Willy was amazing and did everything to complete the deal and make sure I was happy. Finance on the other hand at that location is garbage. I work at a dealership myself and work in the Finance department so I know the process myself and how important it is to get documents and deals funded especially when a trade is involved much higher priority because of payoff deadlines. I go above for my customers as they are priority. I traded a vehicle and it has been way over a month and it still has not been paid off. It is now going on the 30th day which means it'll ding my credit. I have called over many times to try and get a response from someone and they have not given me an answer. They seem to brush it off of course since they completed a sale I am no longer a priority. I would never go back this location to purchase or lease a vehicle and would not recommend anyone there. I am disgusted by their unprofessionalism when it comes to getting financial documents completed in a timely manner, coming from someone that works in the industry and understands the lingo. More

From the moment my father, brother and I walked in we were greeted by Mario and felt absolutely welcomed. He had great energy from the start until the moment he shook my hand and handed me the keys to my new 2019 Jeep Compass. I felt that Mario, his manager and Mirna did their best to accommodate our needs. I am completely satisfied and feel safe in my new Jeep and so thankful Mario was able to find the perfect vehicle for me if not better.
