Exceptional Service Zach Wilson Zachary Wilson was very helpful and courteous. Zach made sure the entire service request was completed prior to picking up the car. He provided a loaner car which was extremely helpful due to the length of time my car was at the dealer for service. Zach also stepped up to assist me right away when I came in and did not send away like a prior service rep did. Zach also assisted me approximately three weeks ago when the service shifter light kept coming on (a prior service rep told me to just keep driving the cart until my service appointment which was dangerous). I would strongly recommend Zach to a friend and would see Zach first the next time I need service on my vehicle. More

Tricks and underhandedness The sales team was friendly, but the finance team was underhanded and forced hidden after-market add-ons to the sale. First there was the $2000 anti-theft system, which to my guess is just for repossessing the vehicle in case it is needed. I was able to negotiate most of that away, and settled on a price just to get hit with another hidden $1000 add-on at the signing of the paper work for some un-needed treatment. If a car dealership has to resort to trickery and underhandedness to be profitable, then perhaps they shouldn't be in business. More

Good level of customer service, poor resolution of issues The service rep Alex was helpful throughout the process. My car was in for 40,000mile service. There were some electronic issues mentioned and the car The service rep Alex was helpful throughout the process. My car was in for 40,000mile service. There were some electronic issues mentioned and the car was in the garage for over a week. Alex helped to provide a rental car and took careful note of the issues. He kept me updated throughout and provided great customer service. However, I was charged for a new brake switch which was supposed to address the issue of ABS/brake warning lights coming on and speedometer dropping while driving. This issue still occurs. I was charged $292. This is extremely frustrating to have been charged and yet the issue does not seem to be resolved. I have tried calling to speak to a rep but so far no one has called me back. Unfortunately, this makes me uncomfortable and disappointed about the level of service that I have received. More
