Overpriced They couldn’t find my extended warranty due to Computer change , I signed for $199 check engine light test that would go toward repairs , when I rece They couldn’t find my extended warranty due to Computer change , I signed for $199 check engine light test that would go toward repairs , when I received the estimate of repairs it’s was 60% more than a mechanic , when I explained that I wasn’t happy with their prices the reply was that they are higher than a regular mechanic, ,I was asking for a discount on the $199 so I could take my car to a cheaper mechanic and I got a flat refusal . I’ve been servicing all my jeeps at this location for years and I will not be coming back to fix my car there . More

So many times now a days dealerships just aren't willing to work with the customer and that wasnt the case here. I left feeling happy with the deal . Even when signing the deal the finance person (I cant remember her name) but she was very patient and very knowledgeable when explaining the contract.
