I texted the RW CDJR team to confirm availability and they were able to accommodate a short-notice appointment on a Saturday at 10 A.M. without me having to wait - I had given them 30 minutes heads up! I was glad I got to work with Gil, because as soon as I arrived, he was straight to the point ready to give me the test drive without playing games talking about tangents. After purchase, Gil also spent another 20 minutes to walk me through all the interior features and entertainment system of the used Civic so that I could work all the special features.
