The BEST Service! The radiator on my Dodge Challenger overheated and was split. I had to have my car towed to the dealership. I chose Russell Westbrook Dodge for repair because they had such high ratings on Yelp, Google, and other sites. Now I see why! I called and spoke with Robert Cauley, Service Advisor. He was very polite,reassuring and courteous from the start. He got my car in right away! He kept me apprised of the problems with my car throughout the entire process and even diagnosed a problem with my tail lights and blinker which 2 other Dodge dealerships were not able to do! The mechanics were very careful, knowledgeable and efficient and the car came back to me as I left it with no scratches. I was also very pleased to see the car was washed and pristine inside and out. The service at Russell Westbrook was exceptional! They replaced my radiator, did an oil change, fixed the tail lights/blinker and took care of an outstanding airbag recall all in less than 2 days...OMG!! The service department is fast, efficient, professional, and friendly. I cannot say enough good things about this 5-star service department and Robert Cauley. I felt appreciated, valued and their mechanics are very skilled and careful... this is why I definitely will return to Russell Westbrook in Van Nuys. Thank you for your excellent customer service!!
