Love my JL and loved working with Sergio! This is my 3rd Wrangler and I think it is my favorite yet. Jeep made minor improvements for a major change in look and feel. Sergio was personal and I really felt like he wanted me to have my dream car as much as I wanted my dream car He took me through the process step by step and dealt with my daily calls/emails checking on status of my order. He never pushed me or pressured me in any way. Lastly, when I finally picked up my car, he waited till I was done with the finance department and was patient and happy to take me through all of my new features even though it was long after the dealership had technically closed. I would highly recommend working with him! My one frustration with the whole experience (which I am happy to say was resolved) was my initial interaction regarding my trade-in. I had done my research and had an idea of what my car was worth going into the dealership. I was, however, presented with an offer that was extremely low (about $13K less than the report I had pulled). Further, this very low/bad was presented to me as "Great news! We took the same exact car for $2K less last week but we think you keep your car in great condition..." The manager claimed they had originally entered in the wrong mileage causing the large discrepancy in value and we were able to agree upon a much more reasonable value. I understand if it was an honest mistake but I also encourage people to do some research prior to starting negotiations. As for the JL,, she is absolutely beautiful and I love every second that I am driving her (even in LA traffic)! More

Worth the wait Not a ton of stuff to say other than the staff is very friendly & knowledgable abiut the products. The price point that we started with vs where we ended up was good. The only reason there wasn’t a full star review was because of processing. I’m assumig it was a busy day & even though the sales team seemed to be on point, financing/closeout was lagging big time. I doubt there was anyone to blame, except that maybe weekends could be anticipated to be busier & adjust to that. The process did take a few hrs but hey... fair price, fair deal, great staff! More
