We have 2 kids and after an exhausting time at Toyota we arrived in van nuys and were received with smiles, water, playroom for my baby, equal treatment for woman (different from other places where despite the fact that it was my car, the seller just spoke to my husband!) and negotiation was excellent. There is no way of enterro-me the place and not leave with a car. They work with you and made us very happy. We left with a new car, paid off, smiles and room for our 2 kids. Excellent Pacifica!
