What Can I Say "You have a problem." These were the words I heard on the phone prior to walking into the dealership doors at Russell Westbrook Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ra "You have a problem." These were the words I heard on the phone prior to walking into the dealership doors at Russell Westbrook Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. That person who told me that was my own Mother. This was potentially my fourth car purchase in less than 14 months. So ya I have a problem, so what?!?! I went to another dealer this past weekend, for the same vehicle, 2017 Ram Rebel Black on Black with Alpine Sound system. That dealership had me in their showroom for 4.5 hours and to no avail, no deal. Not their fault a complication with my setup. I live in L.A. and didn't want to drive back to another county to grab the car. Traffic in LA is bad. So I figured I'd try to give these guys owned by the Famous Basketball player a shot. I walk-in after setting an appointment. Told them my price and Amir kept it real and told me that he would make the deal happen for me. Four (4) minutes later BOOM! We shook. Even after some things came up with the financing and an address switch, the process with easy smooth and stress free. EVERYONE that wants to buy a MOPAR product needs to come here. Don't bother elsewhere. These guys are fantastic. All of them. Mirna in Finance was especially patient and great to speak to during our time together. Sergio was easy to work with, and extremely informed walking me through all of the great features on the car. And Amir...what can I say. He and I will do lunch in the future. Experience of one visit I was there today and have spent all day, first of all I want to say thanks to Derek he has done great job, but another sales man every second has try I was there today and have spent all day, first of all I want to say thanks to Derek he has done great job, but another sales man every second has trying to make a pressure on me and even when we finally found a car that I would like to buy, there was some price, I said I can pay my price and no dollar more, sales guy said that they can't do that, and I just was going home but they stoped me and said they will try and we found out the middle of their offer and my, and I was agreed, he said he will try, he took all my information for financing and made a credit check then showed me numbers with their first higher price, I said I'm not going to pay this price I asked to try what I was agreed with, finally he just walks to manager like asking to reduce the price but every time wend back he was trying to increase my offer, I was okay to add 5 hundreds more but it was not enough for them and we just finished without a making a deal. In conclusion I have a credit checking that I didn't want to have for their price. I think I will never have a deal with this dealer and I would suggest that to everyone who I know and not. P.S.: A car what I wanted has a tag price of 31k (pre-owned) That sales man said specially for you we can do 25,675, but I just found this can on carfax site with 25,675 price. I offered them 23 then 23.5k. That guy is a liar. More
