This past Saturday I purchased a Jeep compass with a high altitude package from this dealership. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Originally, I had considered purchasing a Chevy and decided to go across the street to the Jeep dealership to look at their cars. I never left the Jeep dealership. Bernie was the salesman who helped me. He was absolutely fantastic, knowledgeable, straight to the point and showed me exactly what I was looking for. Bernie and his team were not pushy while I was making my decision. He was Honest the entire time and there were no hidden costs. The finance team was also very helpful. I came into Van Nuys CDJR after purchasing a 2015 jeep patriot from Hooman dealership in LA (BIG MISTAKE) . I was a first time buyer and was having buyers remorse after finding out that this jeep dealership had the actual model of Patriot that I had originally wanted AND they were offering KILLER rebates!! (No rebates were even mentioned at Hooman and they didn't have the model of jeep that wanted-they actually told me.it didn't exist..) So I went in here with a heavy heart realizing I had jumped into a purchase that was not as good as the deal and model I would have been given at Van Nuys. When I walked in I brought my paperwork from the Hooman Heep purchase basically saying "can you help me!?! I made a big mistake!!!!" I was lucky enough to have Anthony Brashier as my salesman and from the moment I met him we hit it off having lots in common and him just being a truthful, kindhearted, quality person in general. This was not a typical sales situation. I was looking to get out of my brand new jeep and into another brand new jeep but with the amenities I had originally wanted (leather interior, sunroof) and was wishing that I had come to this dealership first. Between Anthony, Eric (the manager) and Max (in financing) I could not have been happier with the outcome to my tragic scenario. They helped me find a way to not be completely devastated about the $6,000 down payment I had made on my original purchase, basically got me back 3/4 of that in rebates and discount, helped me find a monthly payment that I was still comfortable making and in the long run will end up paying less for this car that the one I originally had that didn't meet all my standards and was a "base model" vehicle. It took a lot of time and effort on everyones part who was involved and they truly did everything in their power to help me come out of this situation happy and not having to have put out any more money. I am SO SO SO glad to have a home at this new dealership (which is way closer to my apartment than Hooman) and to be able to be surrounded by truely genuine and good people that are looking to help you in any way possible. I am trying not to beat myself up about not coming to this dealership first (I would give anything to take back that Hooman purchase) but these guys have done everything in their power to make this a much less expensive lesson to learn than it could have been, AND I'm In the car that I really truely wanted from the start. Thank you all again from the bottom of my heart for all of your help with Every aspect of my situation, I'm so grateful to be able to deal with this A+ team instead of the one I would have been stuck with at Hooman. Defiantly go see Anthony Brashire and the team at Van nuys jeep, you will be so glad you did!!!! More

Anthony Brashier won me over immediately with his knowledge of the vehicle I was purchasing (a brand new Jeep Renegade, which just came out recently) and his friendly demeanor. Even after looking at other Jeep dealerships, nobody was even close to being able to answer my questions like Anthony did. The other salesmen at other dealerships would answer my questions with generic statements like, "Well I'm not sure, because this car just came out." But Anthony knew it all. It was clear he had passion for what he was selling and also that he genuinely cared about the car and my satisfaction with it. After weeks of searching and deliberating, I ended up going back to Van Nuys and Anthony to seal the deal and purchase my Jeep Renegade. I couldn't be any happier with my choice!
