Sher Ghilazi is the best! Sher Ghilazi was the best sales associate my father and I were lucky enough to work with on Monday. We had already stopped by another Jeep dealership Sher Ghilazi was the best sales associate my father and I were lucky enough to work with on Monday. We had already stopped by another Jeep dealership where the sales associate wouldn't even unlock the doors of the cars we wanted to look at. Sher on the other hand went above and beyond. We were debating between the new Renegades and a Patriot and wanted to test drive both. Being new to Jeeps, I didn't know much about the different packages on each car so he was kind enough to explain what the difference between each model is. (Limited, Latitude,etc.) He not only let me test drive both but also had no problem letting my dad take both for a ride either. Unfortunately there were no known Patriots on the lot or in their system but Sher spotted one while we were looking at Renegades and ran back inside to grab the keys. Let's not forget to mention, it was over 95 degrees on Monday and Sher was running laps for us with no complaint. He noticed I was still unsure about the two and quickly realized what I preferred, he suggested I look at a Compass to compare the interiors. All three cars were literally on opposite ends of the lot and instead of making us walk in circles to compare them, quickly drove all three over to us and let me look at them next to each other. He wasn't pushy in any way and was so patient with me while my dad and I asked questions and went in and out of all three. Going from a sales associate who wouldn't even unlock the doors to one who brings the options to us AND lets me drive them all..amazing! Sher and his manager Eric were so kind and helpful and really were there to make sure we walk away with exactly what we came in for. I know have the most awesome, fully loaded, Jeep Patriot and after having done a bit more research after leaving CDJR of Van Nuys, they TOTALLY gave met the best deal around. None of this would have happened if it wasn't for Sher's patience, kindness and expertise. Thank you Sher!!! More
