The customer rep was great. He got the mechanics to perform a tire rotation when I noticed it wasn’t done. I do think the mechanics may have more work they can handle. Car serviced and returned with issues with the Centre console entertainment screen. Took it back with photographs of the issue. They had it for 3 days and says they couldn’t reproduce issue. Drive out of console entertainment screen. Took it back with photographs of the issue. They had it for 3 days and says they couldn’t reproduce issue. Drive out of the service Centre and same issue starts straight away and has continued since. They simply didn’t want to do the work. More
