I was sold a car with the check engine light still on and had to bring it straight in to the service department. They told me it would take the day to change the batteries and I went to get a rental car that had to bring it straight in to the service department. First of all I must say my issue was resolved. But I was bounced around from sales to service to parts for several hours and then had wait an hour for the resolution. The people I dealt with were pleasant and seemed interested in helping me, but it was very inefficient. I spend an afternoon there and it could have taken about an hour. I remember seeing 2 other customers engaged with staff during that time. One seemed to be purchasing and the other waiting in the waiting area. So it was light. The people were cool and I had a unique request. But I don’t think it made sense to bounce me back and forth at that many times for a sales manager to resolve the issue. More
