First of all I must say my issue was resolved. But I was bounced around from sales to service to parts for several hours and then had wait an hour for the resolution. The people I dealt with were But I was bounced around from sales to service to parts for several hours and then had wait an hour for the resolution. The people I dealt with were pleasant and seemed interested in helping me, but it was very inefficient. I spend an afternoon there and it could have taken about an hour. I remember seeing 2 other customers engaged with staff during that time. One seemed to be purchasing and the other waiting in the waiting area. So it was light. The people were cool and I had a unique request. But I don’t think it made sense to bounce me back and forth at that many times for a sales manager to resolve the issue. More
