From the moment I first contacted the dealership, I was impressed by the level of kindness and attention to detail the receptionist displayed in guiding me to the service department. From there, I was greeted by Armen, who would be my point man for the rest of my time with the service department. My Jeep needed a new transmission which was going to take a few weeks to come in and install and Armen made sure to call me multiple times and update me on the progress of the shipping and installation. From start to finish, even given the multiple weeks in-between where I had to rent cars to get around, Armen helped me with every question I had and guided me through the process. After everything was finished I showed up to a freshly washed and cleaned Jeep with a brand new transmission. I'm grateful for my experience with this dealership and service department. More
