The salesman Stuart Romero was excellent and arranged for the service. Unfortunately it took 2 hours to start work and they they didn't have the correct bolts so it took much longer than needed. The dealership is very clean and nice, but you should have a coffee machine available for clients. Overall I rate the service very good. More

Albert and the service department went above and beyond for me. I was in Van Nuys on business and had planned to drive home to Las Vegas on a Saturday when I saw the temperature light in the car go on. Rat for me. I was in Van Nuys on business and had planned to drive home to Las Vegas on a Saturday when I saw the temperature light in the car go on. Rather than risk getting stuck. in the middle of the desert I brought the car in and they were able to diagnose the problem and fix it in that same day, so I could still get home on time. More
