We are fairly new to Dodge. My wife, son, and myself are new Dodge owners. My son brought our truck in for service where he came in contact with Paymen. He describes him as rude and pushy. Some back story… When we picked up the truck that same day, on the way home we started getting a weird message saying a door was open when it wasn’t that was a Friday and we had to bring it back. My wife took the truck in Tuesday and was referred to Paymen. She was explaining what was happening with the sensor reading the door was opened and he basically told her she made no sense and had her explaining it again. She said he brushed her off and was condescending because she told him about them touching the module underneath the seat and he pretty much ignored it. He said he was going to get a technician and see if it can be replicated. They took the truck came back and said it didn’t do it. He then proceeds to raise a phone while walking out of the truck to me saying, “it shows nothing is wrong” and being pushy as to say there’s nothing wrong! She asked if it had anything to do with what they touched underneath the seat. He jumped and told her, “No! No! It has nothing to do with that.” He said that twice like she didn’t hear him the first time. At that point she began to get really bothered because he was not listening to her. So she said I have proof, I have a video. He finally listened said let me see and then started to talk to the tech in a foreign language. He said ok come inside to which he tells her to bring the truck back a week later and it will need to stay there. He didn't let her get a word in edgewise. Needless to say they both had an unpleasant experience with Paymen. More
