My service advisor was dumb as dirt. He kept telling me My service advisor was dumb as dirt. He kept telling me it was the radiator that was the problem and then I said “the radiator doesn’t affect the ai My service advisor was dumb as dirt. He kept telling me it was the radiator that was the problem and then I said “the radiator doesn’t affect the air conditioning” and then after the third loop of that he said “oh wait. I meant it’s the condenser.” “Sorry about that”. So how much weed he was smoking? I don’t know. But communication was not his forte. Additionally, It took two visits to fix an air conditioning problem. $1700 later hopefully it’s fixed. I may seriously never come back here because of this last service visit. Did I mention that I’ve been waiting 2 years for the jeep leather dash recall replacement? We’ll now I did. That isn’t the dealers fault but it does speak to the quality of the keep grand Cherokee in general. A six year old keep grand Cherokee has had a recall of the dash leather. A complete fix of the engine cooling system. And a complete fix of the internal air conditioning system. Only 75000 miles. More
