Was told it would be 2-3 hours for an oil change & car wash. They took my jeep in at 7:30am. I waited until 11am & I asked how much longer it was going to be. I took my jeep in for an oil change and service. Armen my service agent was waiting to assist me. No waiting. It was going to take 3 to 4 hours for the service. They offered me an Uber home. Much too expensive. I had one problem when o came in and had more problems when I left. So I had to come back. I went morning 7/10/21 for oil changed purposes only and Benny (advisor) not clarify me about the hidden charges of $624 for brake fluid & and fuel system service, I ask if my extended service & repair warr Benny (advisor) not clarify me about the hidden charges of $624 for brake fluid & and fuel system service, I ask if my extended service & repair warranty will cover it and it seems he missed understood my question and instead just keep telling me to sign the recommendation service since the car have a recall . Then later in the afternoon I pick up my car and keep driving until I got home following day 7/11/21 in the morning while driving out the parking I notice an oil dripping to my curiosity I open the hood and surprisingly to find out the lid cover of the fuel engine was not being return in it’s place whoever technician did it he just put it to the top of the coolant gallon fortunately not felling off for after an hours of driving after the service but the oil was spilling out on the top of the engine and other places and the oil is now below to its marking level. I’m not sure if service technician here is really train and certified because of this incident and now need to comeback again because the engine service light is now keeping showing up in the dashboard. More
