Took in one of my fleet’s Ram for an airbag recall. They fixed the recall(so they claim) but cracked open the dashboard. I followed up a few days after cos they weren't calling back as promised but got vma fixed the recall(so they claim) but cracked open the dashboard. I had just bought a new vehicle (not from them) and the back piece inside the trunk was not right. Benny was amazing, ordered me a new one and Jad installed it! Service was horrible. Dealership couldn’t even solve or work on the issue I went for. Alex was my service advisor.
