Advisor unable to see important notes on my customer record from date of purchase. Did not receive a call when vehicle was ready for pickup as promised. When i went back to the office to check on stat record from date of purchase. Did not receive a call when vehicle was ready for pickup as promised. When i went back to the office to check on status the advisor was gone. Another advisor informed me my vehicle had been ready for some time. Disappointing and frustrating. The redeeming part was the helpful person from the financial dept who sorted out the situation. More
I came in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. The oil change took 9 hours and they didn’t rotate the tires but claimed everything was done. Twice I took my car for a noise in my right wheel. First time warranty covered motor mounts which was good, second time they tried to get me for front rotors and brake pads which was going to cost me over 1 time warranty covered motor mounts which was good, second time they tried to get me for front rotors and brake pads which was going to cost me over 1200 dollars and was told by a brake shop my brakes were fine very recently but sure enough I took it somewhere for a quarter of that cost and guess what, the noise is still there! They charged me for a diagnosis of 195 that I feel like I need to be refunded because my brakes were fine and the noise is still there and I told them to look at the wheel bearing and I'm guessing they chose not to because the day after my brake job I took it in for a alignment and right away the guy tells me it's a wheel bearing like I said from the beginning. Any amateur could have pointed this noise out like I did but the service department refused to look at the small fix and just charge me for anything they could get out of me. Also they acted all shocked when I denied their 1200 dollar brake job which was horribly priced, got the same job done for under 600 dollars. Not taking my car ever to this warranty department again. I only wanted a small noise to stop and they did not deliver. On top of everything else my car drove worst and the noise was worst after I left so I'm sure they knew but just wanted to give me the run around. More
