Service was good. Only issue is the dent and scratch on the dront passenger door. I do not recall ever seeing it ant it looked fresh when I wioed it. Car was not completely repaired returned filthy and after having car for a month have to return it again and waste more time. Issue got fixed but when I picked up my vehicle the windows where down dust all over I had to pull it out from it was packed being care not to damaged any other cars I don’t think that was my job !!! Absolutely unprofessional service staff. Impossible to reach my advisor on the phone. No updates on my car’s status throughout 2 days. Made two consecutive appointments to fix a minor interior trim issue, and they still didn’t fix it, saying I need to schedule a third appointment in 3 more weeks. Held my car for 2 whole workdays without any work done on it. I will not be returning to this dealership and will advise everyone I know against shopping for cars here because of the service department alone. More

My car is never ready any near the quoted time. The service call doesn’t answer the phone. On average an oil change takes at least 5 hours, with an appointment.
