The service advisor, Payman Arjang was the rudest customer service employee I have come into contact with. One example, when I called after my car was there for 2 days to see what was happening, he t customer service employee I have come into contact with. One example, when I called after my car was there for 2 days to see what was happening, he told me he can not check every second on my car. I need to wait. He was rude to my husband when he brought his Rubicon and when I brought my Durango. He replaced something on the Rubicon that didn’t need replacing and told my husband it’s because my husband told him to. He is not a mechanic. I would never bring my car to that dealership again and I am really even doubting if I want to continue with Dodge for my my next lease. What manager would allow someone to work at their dealership? So they not care? So disappointing. we brought 2 cars in and drove hone with nothing fixed. This service advisor should be spoken to by a manager who cares about their company. I already reported him to corporate. Let’s see if anything happens. More

When I checked in I explained there were 2 issues that needed to be addressed but, Payham, the rep, spoke over me and said the technician would take care of the problem and I would be called when it was done. Without asking me if I needed the complimentary uber service he started calling the next customer. I had to ask him about how to make arrangements home. When he called me to pickup my car I again had to ask him for the uber service back. Upon returning to the dealership, my car had been rinsed (not washed) off and waiting in the pick-up area. When I went in the rep was very insistent that I sign the paperwork. This made me read over it. That's when I noticed it said they had performed an inspection with recommendations. I asked why that page was missing. He then informed me that no such inspection had been done and would take another 30 min to do. I said I would wait because it was supposed to be done the first time. After an hour wait I had not been called so I went back to check-in. That's when the rep called me over to sign the paperwork. He told me everything had been taken care of, the keys were inside & to walk over and pick it up myself at the garage. When I got to my car it was locked. I had to walk across the car lot and back inside to speak to the same rep who was "helping" me. He ignored me & I had to ask a random employee for help. Only then did the rep stop what he was doing, get up & get my keys from the box behind him! When I got home I called and spoke to Hector, the service manager, about the poor customer service and the fact that the second recall issue had not been done. He apologized and then transferred me to the same rep. I hung up, called back and talked to someone else who then told me it would cost $195 to diagnose a recall issue! Then they called back to say it would be covered and to come back in. I will not! They lived up to the reputation of sleazy dealership men who try scamming females. More
The auto technician did a great job in changing the oil, filter and rotation of tires as well in changing battery. The service tech at front desk looked like he did not want to be there. I felt rushed in providing my information to him as well as when we picked up car. As I looked around - most of the service reps looked MISERABLE, moody. One was falling asleep at his desk. I don’t think I would refer a total stranger to do service at your place. Just because of your front office reps. More
Excellent service and customer service. Expected to take my car home the same day but parts were not available. They called and paid for my Uber home. I had to have my car serviced unexpectedly and there was very poor customer service and communication with my service agent, Eddie. Before my car was even looked at he said they’d need it until the followin very poor customer service and communication with my service agent, Eddie. Once he did a scan, he said the same and told me he’d update me later in the day, 8 hours went by and I had to call myself for the update. He said he’d told me he’d ‘maybe’ have an update, which was not the case. But who says that anyway? The car clearly hadn’t been looked at after a full day. Don’t have me make an 8:40am appointment and then not look at the car until the following day. You shouldn’t assume people can go days without their car, especially during Covid. I also received an auto text saying if I had questions on status, to reach out. I sent a text twice with no reply. The following day I once again had to call for the update and was then informed a part had to be ordered, keeping my car yet another full day. Had it been looked at on the day of the appointment, it would have been ready a day earlier. He was rude in his demeanor. I will likely go to another location in the future. More

I am not a happy Jeep customer. I had a problem with axle seals that was fixed under my extended warranty which caused damage to parking brake shoes. Mopar customer service to me was very bad , supervisor w seals that was fixed under my extended warranty which caused damage to parking brake shoes. Mopar customer service to me was very bad , supervisor would not even call me back. Paid extra for a CPO vehicle. Mopar does not care about customer satisfaction. My Wrangler has only 55k miles and I have had to have a major engine repair and now these axle seals. This is my first Mopar vehicle in 40 years. Not to happy with the experience. More
