Bennie was GREAT. Unfortunately when I picked up my car the 1st time my key was missing. I used my spare key to take my car and was told they would call me when they found my original key. When I picked up my car the second time, my original key was still missing and I had to wait an hour for them to find my spare key because that was misplaced too. I’m not sure why my keys kept getting lost but it was a huge inconvenience. A little less then a week later, they were able to find my original key. More

The car was well taken care of, but this is the time of Covid. I had to wait for a long time inside before they got to me once I was there. Also, when I went to pick up my car, one of their workers was on his phone with NO mask...OY!!!! I had to complain to the manager. My battery died (it's still in warranty), so I drove to the nearest dealer. Because they didn't have any rentals, I asked to wait until they replaced it but unfortunately was told they needed more than tw the nearest dealer. Because they didn't have any rentals, I asked to wait until they replaced it but unfortunately was told they needed more than two hours (were they kidding me?) and was lucky they did it the same without an appointment. Well, next time I'll try to predict when my car breaks! Also I had to wait almost 30 minutes to pick up the car because it was at the car wash (!!!), but they deliver it exactly as I dropped off in the morning. Not upset for that, but please don't make a costumer wait so long. More
