Probably one of the worst experiences I have had. Over priced labor, rude customer Service team. Left 4 messages and had to call 10 times to get an answer on where my car is. The customer service in the service department is mediocre. Payman my service rep was great at checkin. When I went to pick up my car 4 hours later, he was out to lunch, but there were 4 other reps mediocre. Payman my service rep was great at checkin. We were very unhappy with our experience. I said i did not want the extra diagnostic charges besides the seat and we were charged. We were charged $195 to reset a warning light that firestone would have done for free. The car was returned to us over a week later and extremely filthy inside and out. The windows were rolled down and dirt covered the entire inside which is not even secure and seems to be a liability issue. We even found fast food wrappers in the car that weren't ours. I made online complaints and received no response and had to call for updates on when my car would be ready. I don't believe we will be returning to your dealership for services or for purchasing another vehicle. More
The service center is a joke. It’s virtually impossible to get anyone on the phone. When I finally did, tried to grossly overcharge me. I passed.
