Waited 2 hours for an oil change was told wait time would be 1 1/2 hours, was never given an update. I had to ask how much longer and He said I just have to close your invoice but couldn’t give me a wait tim be 1 1/2 hours, was never given an update. I had to ask how much longer and He said I just have to close your invoice but couldn’t give me a wait time for that. So another employee said to Him so like 10-15 minutes and He didn’t respond! So the other employee repeated the questions then He finally responded and said 10 minutes I’ll come get you.My car was ready this extra time I waited was unnecessary. The return mileage sticker was not even put on the windshield! Ridiculous! More

Great Service I had my car in the shop for a week for an on going engine issue. While this was frustrating, Hector took good care of me by getting me a loaner and k I had my car in the shop for a week for an on going engine issue. While this was frustrating, Hector took good care of me by getting me a loaner and kept me informed of my repairs. In the end, my engine issue was fixed and I had a nice loaner car in the mean time.
