Unhappy I was told my car would be ready at 1:00. I heard nothing by 1:30. I tried to call the service department and left 3 messages. No one called me back. I was told my car would be ready at 1:00. I was told that my car isn’t ready yet. I asked them to please let me take the car since I have to pick up my child from camp. I didn’t get my car Until 4:40 I was an hour and a half late in picking up my child from camp. More

Wait Wait Wait. Left truck for 1 day recall service...No call on service delay. I called one week after drop off to find parts needed to be ordered until after weeken Left truck for 1 day recall service...No call on service delay. Now my AC does not blow strong after the service was airbags inside the....dashboard. If I go back the line will be "we did not touch the AC ducts or blower". All I know is the fan sounds like its blowing frantically but the vent exits are weak.... More

Exceptional Service Zach Wilson Zachary Wilson was very helpful and courteous. Zach made sure the entire service request was completed prior to picking up the car. Zach also stepped up to assist me right away when I came in and did not send away like a prior service rep did. Zach also assisted me approximately three weeks ago when the service shifter light kept coming on (a prior service rep told me to just keep driving the cart until my service appointment which was dangerous). I would strongly recommend Zach to a friend and would see Zach first the next time I need service on my vehicle. More
