It was just OK you need to have appointments for Oil Changes I swung by and was told that it would be a 3 hour wait to have my oil changed. I said that i would try again later. after running some errands I calle I swung by and was told that it would be a 3 hour wait to have my oil changed. I said that i would try again later. after running some errands I called and was told that it was a hour wait (sweet) I arrived 10 minutes later and was told that it was was still 3 hours (NOT Cool). I was told i should come super early. so i arrived Saturday morning and it was still 2 hours. I'm not sure why i paid for oil changes when i could go to Jiffy Lube or similar place and be in and out in under an hour. After my oil changes are up i will probably not use you all again except for major Jeep stuff and even then i will probably think about it. But over all those that i dealt with were professional and nice. More

Great service and care I had to get some work done on my 2006 dodge magnum. It took a little longer than expected but Fabian was quick to make sure I was looked after and ho I had to get some work done on my 2006 dodge magnum. Not impressed I wanted to bring in our Dodge Promaster cargo van in for an electrical diagnosis. Service adviser had poor communication. When we dropped off the vehicle, many workers appeared to be on their phones, goofing around. They were not helpful to my employee who dropped off the vehicle. Did not receive a call as to when vehicle would be ready, had to call in multiple times before receiving info. Car came back last week. Front headlight is now out as well as rear lights. Employee got puled over for a warning because of it. I purposely brought in this vehicle due to an electrical issue that i feel is not resolved. I'm calling in to get the issue resolved with what I hope will be better customer service than I have received so far. More

I'm not one to write positive reviews because I expect those in customer service to do what they are paid to do, but Vahe went way above and beyond st I'm not one to write positive reviews because I expect those in customer service to do what they are paid to do, but Vahe went way above and beyond standard customer service. I made an appt. online, and when I showed up at appt. time I did not have to wait in a long line, and I explained what I needed done and showed him what I needed done. He called me to explain various costs and where to save money and the various services were completed within a couple of hours. Great service and I love my jeep and will be leasing a new one in 18 months!!! More
