Took my 2015 Dart for recall work. I was told by Benny they would need to keep my car for a week to do the work. I said OK. Later that day Benny called me to let me know of an issue th I was told by Benny they would need to keep my car for a week to do the work. I said OK. Later that day Benny called me to let me know of an issue they found with my CV axles, which is great that they take the time to check the vehicle for other issues besides what you take it in for. Waiting to get your car into service was way too long. When you have an appointment you should not be told that it can take day before they can look at your car. I know that was crazy was charged 300 for something that could of charged 100 or free to tell me the issue. Went to my mechanic and was charged to fix the car for 2000. Big difference and I will not bring my car to you again. This was just ripping a customer off. More
