Waited six hours for an oil change only to be told that they didn’t have the correct oil filter, at which time I was told that I would have to wait another hour. And one time I was there for an oil change they didn’t have the correct oil filter, at which time I was told that I would have to wait another hour. And one time I was there for an oil change they forgot to call my cell and tell me my car was ready so I ended up waiting a few hours longer than I needed to. Terrible service. More

Also, as I was waiting at the dealer, I noticed my car parked for about 40 minutes. When I asked if it was ready, I was told they were just about to call me to let me know that it was. Therefore, I was probably sitting there for 40 minutes when my car was ready already! So I think they overbook and don’t have enough staff to work. More
