They called me 1 hours before they closed by leaving a voice message Saying “ hi this is Eddie your vehicle is ready bye” no letting me know they close in an hour So I waste time gas and money Not voice message Saying “ hi this is Eddie your vehicle is ready bye” no letting me know they close in an hour So I waste time gas and money Not the only problem I have with them. Everytime I go they xxxx something up. Or “check” it such as cabin filter which they haven’t changed regardless me paying it. If I were you I wouldn’t trust them with more than an oil change And I’m sure they only do it every other time More

I travel to this dealership from west LA. I was surprised at my recent visit as I was given poor information about drop off and I received my car after the windshield install very dirty. There was dust from the work all over my dash, seats and center console. For early drop off I was told I could drop my car in the service center entrance. When I arrived, all the gates were closed.
