I had a problem with my warranty and the dealership was zero help. I've been struggling to connect with the right person at Chrysler over the phone for 3 weeks when this could have been resolved by the dea zero help. I've been struggling to connect with the right person at Chrysler over the phone for 3 weeks when this could have been resolved by the dealership sending in the appropriate paperwork like I asked. They refused and said I had to do it myself. Even the representatives I have spoken to at Chrysler said this should have been done by the dealership. Horrible customer service, will be finding a new dealership. More
I was appreciative of the quickness in getting the work done on my vehicle, as well as the customer service provided by the individuals taking care of my car. I was a bit disappointed when I left the dealership and noticed scratches on my vehicle that had not been there when I dropped it off, along with an issue starting my car shortly after I left. I was lucky to be able to get it started again and drive it back to the dealership, in order for them to tighten what was loosen and hadn’t been done properly the first time. More
