This dealer lacks attention to customer. They push the sale and when it’s time to help you, they shy away from helping. They promised to give me my money back and have yet to hear from them. Plus that doesn’t even include all the stress they caused during my pregnancy leading to having to be induced early. I paid $250 for a diagnostic that I didn’t get. I didn’t request tire service and the tires had low air pressure when I picked it up. Did not fix the recalls on the car. Claimed my car wouldn’t start and a diagnostic couldn’t be done unless I paid $2,000. I refused and asked for my car back. They insisted I have it towed. I called a tow truck and they drove the car out to me, which means the car did start and they could have done a diagnostic but refused because I didn’t pay them $2,000. I was completely ripped off. My invoice supports what I am claiming. More
