Someone came up to us and just stood there, not even saying hello or asking us what models we wanted or what we were interested in, just waiting for us to initiate the conversation. When we mentioned that this was the first step of researching and that we were not prepared to buy today, the staff lost a lot of interest in helping us, with a noticeable attitude shift. We then perused the vehicles on the lot, all of which were unlocked outdoors, and all were filthy, including crumbs and staff member items such as pens scattered throughout. We ultimately did find a vehicle to test drive - a Telluride. We were asking about the differences between that and the Palisade, to which the employees immediately starting talking badly about the Palisade, in the process failing to realize that they are both built on the same platform and were our top two choices. After we provided our licenses, it took a solid five minutes to get them back, only after asking a few times for them. As we were waiting, we noticed several employees vaping and looking at half naked pictures of women on their phones. It was wildly inappropriate. As for the test drive, we were not ever asked what we were looking for, we were just thrown into the closest available Telluride in a tiny parking lot. Then, the salesmen wouldn’t even drive it out for us, they made us do so, which was incredibly difficult. Once we finally got onto the road for our test drive, which was only a few small blocks, one of the sales associates in the back was just scrolling on his phone the entire time. The other one gave driving directions, but never did much more, not showing us any features of the car or explaining anything. When we made it back to the lot, the salesman who gave us directions immediately asked if we were ready to sign, despite the short drive and not even letting us select the configuration we wanted or even view inventory. When we said we needed more time, it became an antagonizing “Why can’t you sign now?” conversation. We then had to speak to the manager, who was behind a desk along with easily 10-15 people sitting around and staring at us. He then said that we had to sign with them because they offered the best warranty at their dealership — the same warranty that every other single Kia dealership offers. We walked away and will not be back. From the staff to condition of the vehicles to test drive process to the shady practices and blatant lies and upselling, this place has zero redeeming factors. I advise everyone else to stay far away. More

However, the financing ended up including a KARR Theft Deterrent product for $3,400 and Fidelity Warranty Services for $3,500. When we questioned the higher payment, we were told it was because of credit, but the loan also included $6,900 in products we did not want. We also asked for documentation showing the payment with and without these optional products, but our written request was not answered. In addition, the vehicle has had battery issues since delivery and has required repeated jumpstarts. The KARR system has since been removed due to the battery issue, yet we are still being charged for it. I have now filed complaints with consumer protection agencies because the dealership did not respond to our request for resolution. More
This dealership knows absolutely nothing about customer service. I purchased a Kia Niro from them two weeks ago. The process was very laborious and time consuming. We waited four hours to sign the papers service. I purchased a Kia Niro from them two weeks ago. The process was very laborious and time consuming. We waited four hours to sign the papers and another hour and a half while they changed the tires on the car. By the way they did a bad job balancing the wheels. Subsequently, I took the car to a tire shop and had them re-balance the wheels. When we were about to leave the salesman gave me the key, ONE KEY! I asked about the second key and he just said that was all they had was one. No offer to make another one, even at my expense. There is a law that says dealerships can not do add ons without your permission. However, they added on a warranty before the sale, so that it is inside the asking price. It's the same thing but this way they get away with it. Then I find out there is not a manual for the infotainment system. After all this I have tried to reach the service manage, general manager and finally anyone! These people do not return calls period. BTW, the car is great. We love it and highly recommend it. But then there is the dealership. Unfortunately, the only reason I gave them one star is because you can't give them a minus one star. The second key is going to cost $425 and you can not buy one after market. Also, my salesman, who ws good, left and is now at another Kia dealership. Also, the guy who was the general manager has been replaced by someone who also does not return cals. More

Signed their contract with their own financing terms "in case my own financing fell through". Took a lot of back and forth with the dealership after signing the contract to get the credit union the paperwork they needed. Once it was all finalized, dealership told me they already sent me to their bank and opened a new loan through Captial One. They said it would get cancelled once they received my check. They received my check, cashed it, and it's been nearly two weeks and they still haven't cancelled and returned the funds to capital one. I currently have two loans on my credit report for the same car. Terrible and shady dealership. Submitted complaints to Kia Corporate and DMV. More
Drove a long distance to Van Nuys Kia ready to buy, but the experience was extremely disappointing. I waited nearly an hour and was never properly shown the vehicle. The out-the-door pricing also didn’t match what was discussed, even after the listed price dropped. As a disabled veteran, I expect transparency and respect for my time—neither were shown here. This felt like a bait-and-switch situation. Get everything in writing before you go, or be prepared to walk out More
Wouldn't not recommend it by our one experience, but seeing of a van we really liked on a site like cars.com or carvana etc, we asked for more pictures as it was lacking some. Really wanted this Transit seeing of a van we really liked on a site like cars.com or carvana etc, we asked for more pictures as it was lacking some. Really wanted this Transit connect. But they never sent the information promised. They do not ship cars on contract, nothing. Well, we couldn't get out there because we have kids at home. Too far out of the area. We were surprised because many third-party links to dealerships will be more amenable to meeting a buyer halfway. The women at shells department were very positive but when a man called us back he was hard to understand and was black or white about terms and acquisition. If you're near to this dealership just go in, a lot of the third party car sale sites are disappointing as their inventory cannot be acquired or test driven due to distance. More
Service is terrible. Took Seltos in for warranty work. Avoid this dealership at all costs! They only care about the initial sale and do not care at all about providing any level of customer service after the sale. We purchased a new EV9 fro They only care about the initial sale and do not care at all about providing any level of customer service after the sale. We purchased a new EV9 from them and have had nothing but problems getting any response and support from them after the sale. The finance manager Russell De La Torre and sales person Mo seek to feel that it is ok to just start deleting emails from us and ignoring our outreach instead of helping support a customer. Additionally their website does not list any information about who their leadership team or GM is so it’s very challenging to find someone else to follow up with. I would STRONGLY advise against buying any cars from this dealership. I used to work at a dealership myself and I’ve never seen such terrible post sale customer support. More
Brought my stinger in for an AC repair that somehow transformed into almost 3 weeks of poor communication, constant delays, and generally awful service. I was told about the necessary part replacements transformed into almost 3 weeks of poor communication, constant delays, and generally awful service. I was told about the necessary part replacements days after I brought in the car, without any explanation about what went wrong or why the entire wiring harness had to be replaced for only the multifuse's failure, and my service agent was just as in the dark as me. After dozens of calls and multiple messages, my service agent was been able to follow up on a grand total of three times with updates from the technician, who, either deliberately or incompetently, could only give vague updates that didn't address any of my concerns beyond "it'll get done". I waited day after day and call after call with zero responses, and my update texts only came as "The tech's out today", "There was some miscommunication", "The part's not wuite right and we're ordering another", all amounting to near three weeks of excuses that I couldn't respond to. I'm generally very forgiving between circumstantial tardiness and miscommunication, but together, this has been completely unacceptable. More
