When the car was fixed they not only called emailed but Shirra sent a text as well sooner than expected my mom and I were stunned on the commitment and individual care. The little things like remembering our names my pets name such amazing service staff courteous. We thought it would be a waiting headache nightmare NOT AT ALL honestly Shirra goes out of the way she’s a team leader she drives the car out of the parking when we went to pick up does the paperwork knows the answers to all our questions . I just want to say this vw service is how every other car company should mimic and learn how it’s done! I used to have a Mercedes and the individual person assigned on my car and their whole service is 0000000 next to how vw does it. The sales manager and Artem made sure I got my car for the monthly lease payment that I needed. I remembered the service at this Volkswagon dealership was also incredibly good. Artem went out of his way to pick up my trade in car and to get me set with my new car. Everything was great but had trouble with the WiFi. Wasn't connecting so I could not get my work done. otherwise it was perfect. Been with this dealership for over 21 years. A few months ago after our friend Michael departed the Department appeared to be lead by an AUTHORITARIAN (?) and I do not know who it was managing Service Dept. but, something was very wrong. I have noticed a positive change and this is good for your business as we believe no one dept. is run by ONE MAN OR WOMAN it takes a TEAM EFFORT. Those people on that TEAM must feel like they are appreciated. Valued. Respected. Then they pass that on to YOUR CUSTOMERS. This is why Michael was like family. He did all this naturally. Not making him a Manager was the stupidest thing ever! You let him go? Truly a terrible move. I am sure you paid for it in customers not returning. Anyway, we didn't have these problems (had many others) at Best Foods Corp. I managed. People knew they were appreciated. When they failed they were Re-Trained. He promised that he will deliever the best deal he can, and he was not lying.. I’ve got an upgraded model for not even for a few more dollars, but 50 cents cheaper than the last lease I had!!! How could it be happen? I am happy not only for this deal, but also for his sincere customer service. He would die to make sure the customer is satisfied.
