The service department is unethical. I took my car in left it in the overnight check in, fill out the paperwork explaining what was wrong. Since it had a coolant leak they cooked the en I took my car in left it in the overnight check in, fill out the paperwork explaining what was wrong. Since it had a coolant leak they cooked the engine. Did an oil change before diagnosing what was wrong with it and then they diagnosed it wrong. I had it hold to a different mechanic due to the high price of what they wanted to fix. It discovered that the initial problem was a hole in one of the radiator hoses. They Diagnosed O rings went out the water and oil mixed completely wrong. They must’ve drove it without putting more coolant in it because. They cook the engine. I’m having to have a different engine put in. The service manager told me the mechanic told him I should put in a new short block. The part they destroyed. More
