As far as my Sportage goes I love my new SUV very comfortable nice driving ,there isn't one thing about it that I don't like. More
Terrible experience Girlfriend and I were browsing the car selection at a tent sale outside of sears. While about to leave a salesperson Tom, I believe was his name, made Girlfriend and I were browsing the car selection at a tent sale outside of sears. While about to leave a salesperson Tom, I believe was his name, made us stop and talk with him. When I say made, he stood in front of our car while we were about to head out, so I stopped and he came arms in the window and talked for about 10-15 minutes asking question after question. Which I was okay with at this point. We weren't seriously looking into a new car but we just wanted to see what was out there so we went inside the tent to see any offers they had. Big mistake. After getting some basic information from us we gave over the keys to the potential trade in vehicle for an assessment, pretty typical. 3 hours later when I have to be going to work, it took multiple requests to multiple people to get our keys back. Quite aggravating, but not the worst part of the experience. Roughly 4.5 hours later the manager comes back to say they don't even have an offer after talking up that they "strongly believe we can get you into a vehicle, you just have to be patient". So aggravated. Finally the worst part to it all. A day or two later while on credit karma browsing through. THERE WAS 5, count them, 5 hard inquiries on my girlfriend credit... not a good thing. Overall bad experience. Won't be going back or suggesting them to anyone. Ps. The car we were looking at originally was priced $6000 above the high end of kbb's highest recommended value for fair dealer price. Ridiculous. More

Fast friendly but lack of respect They had very friendly service helped me find the car in my budget and it was very fast only about 1 mabey 2 hours but i gave a full tank of gas 16 ga They had very friendly service helped me find the car in my budget and it was very fast only about 1 mabey 2 hours but i gave a full tank of gas 16 gallons and they refused me more then a half tank back so i got about 7 gallons i had a 300 mile drive and all i got was we dont give more then half here. Disrespectful and uncaring. More
