first and last visit 1st visit, new to area. Came to service to have headlights replaced on Tacoma. Made a 7:30 appointment, took them over an hour yo tell me they had par 1st visit, new to area. Came to service to have headlights replaced on Tacoma. Made a 7:30 appointment, took them over an hour yo tell me they had parts in stock and would take about 1 1/2 hours to complete. After waiting 2 1/2 hours, still waiting. Will find another dealer to do any repair/maintenance in the future. Service guy told me it was going to take additional 30 minutes because they are busy. My response was that is why I made an appointment. Also not enough seating, people standing everywhere. More

Bought a used 2007 for 13,000 dollars. It only had 50,000 miles. It didnt even last 3 days. Been in repair for almost 2 months now and Wayne will not honor original agreement to take it back since they have miles. It didnt even last 3 days. We even allowed them to keep it in our name during repairs so the warranty would pay for it. Now they are saying they dont want it back since it can't be fixed. Wayne lied. More
